Winter scenics were very popular when they were new, so they're not rare. The good news is that they're equally popular today, so they're desirable. This 4" tall x 4" diameter vase has superb detail and great color. I've never owned this shape before, making it quite rare. Signed in black enamel on the underside. Mint condition.
