I bought this lamp at Leslie Hindman Auction about 10 years ago and sold it to a collector in Winnetka, IL. He recently passed away, so I managed to buy it back through a different auction.

I loved it then and I love it now. It's got the most magnificent dragonflies with red jeweled eyes. Tiffany intentionally made them pop by setting them against a contrasting background. The amber jewels in the background add some excitement.

The base is the rare and very desirable Twisted Vine. It complements the shade perfectly.

Overall the lamp is stupendous and in exceptionally fine original condition.
