This is an exceptionally fine example of a Tiffany Studios 16" Daffodil. The colors are lovely in the entire shade, with lots of mottling, especially in the flowers. The shade background  transitions smoothly from off-white mottled glass at the top to green and yellow striated glass at the bottom. The condition of the shade is excellent, with only a few scattered hairlines. It is properly signed TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK, on a 1" tag, typical of earlier shades.

The ribbed library base has a beautiful patina, with original sockets. It is signed 4483 TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK, as well as the stock number, 6444, scratched in beside it.

All in all, a wonderful lamp, ready to brighten your home.
